Residents and interested parties are invited to attend an open house on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013, regarding the ongoing restoration project at Haynes Point Provincial Park.
Haynes Point Provincial Park protects several endangered plant and animal species. BC Parks is undertaking a multi-year restoration project, which includes invasive tree management, to enhance some of the wetland and grassland habitats where these endangered species occur in the park.
