Mr. Mandela passed away on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013 at his home in Johannesburg, South Africa.

For those wishing to sign a condolence book, you can do so in two ways:

1. Online at www.protocol.gov.bc.ca

2. In person at the Parliament Buildings, Victoria, Dec. 9-13, 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
