The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a woman who died following a motor vehicle incident near Terrace on June 27, 2013.

She was Helen Grimstead, aged 74, of Rosswood, a small community 37 kilometres north of Terrace.

Ms. Grimstead was the front-seat passenger in a pickup truck which was involved in a rollover incident on the Kalum Lake Road near Terrace about 9:30 p.m. on June 27. Ms. Grimstead was deceased at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.

The family of Ms. Grimstead has been notified of her death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
