The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who was found deceased in a trailer near Cache Creek on Oct. 2, 2013.

He was David Kenneth Michael Stark, aged 33, a resident of Heffley Creek.

Mr. Stark was found lying unresponsive on a cot in a trades-trailer which had been converted to accommodation on the morning of March 23. The trailer was parked at a logging site near Cache Creek where Mr. Stark was working on a road-building project. Mr. Stark was deceased at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service, BC Safety Branch, and RCMP continue to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Stark has been notified of his death. On behalf of the family, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
