The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died following a motor vehicle incident south of Golden on Oct. 14, 2013.

He was Ryan David Young, aged 30, of Invermere.

Mr. Young was the driver and sole occupant of a car which went off Highway 95 and rolled several times about 59 kilometres south of Golden about 5:30 p.m. on Oct. 14, 2013. Mr. Young was deceased at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Young has been notified of his death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
