The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died after being involved in a motor vehicle incident in Duncan on Nov. 18, 2013.
He was James Craig Galbraith, aged 56, of Duncan.
Mr. Galbraith was struck as he was crossing the Trans Canada Highway north of James Street, on foot, using a walker, about 7:20 p.m. on Nov. 18. Mr. Galbraith was taken first to Cowichan District Hospital and was then transferred to Victoria General Hospital where he died of his injuries the next day.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this incident.
