The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died after a single motor vehicle incident in Rossland on Dec. 15, 2013.

He was Keith Edgar Erwin, aged 61, of Rossland, B.C.

Mr. Erwin was the lone occupant of a 2003 GMC pickup truck when it left a rural service road south of Rossland. There were no witnesses to the incident.

The BC Coroners Service continues to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Erwin has been notified of the death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
