The Government of B.C. and the John Howard Society of the Lower Mainland announced today the official opening of Elliott House, a 20-bed community-based residential facility for men in Abbotsford.
The newly renovated two-storey building is located at 2411 West Railway St. The B.C. government arranged $1.3 million in long-term financing. The John Howard Society of the Lower Mainland contributed $115,075 in equity, and manages and operates the building, providing 24-hour onsite support services to residents.
