The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died following a farming accident at on a family farm near Beaverdell on May 8, 2014.

He is Larry Dale Hultgren, aged 65, of Beaverdell.

Mr. Hultgren was working with family members on their farm, preparing a hayfield, when he became entangled in machinery. He was deceased at the scene.

The Coroners Service and the RCMP continue to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Hultgren has been notified of his death. On behalf of the family, the Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
