The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died following a motor vehicle incident near Fraser Lake on Aug. 15, 2014.  

He was Micheal (cct) Benjamin Kentner, aged 21, of Fraser Lake.

Mr. Kentner was the driver of a car which went out of control and rolled while eastbound on a gravel road near the boat launch at White Swan Park in Fraser Lake shortly after 11 p.m. on Aug. 15. Mr. Kentner was deceased at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Kentner has been notified of his death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
