The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a woman who died after a motor vehicle incident near Princeton on Oct. 2, 2014.
She is Pamela Beryle Bloxom, aged 70, of Kamloops.
Ms. Bloxom was the passenger in a motorhome, pulling a trailer on which was loaded an SUV which was heading westbound on Highway 3 at about 3 p.m. on Oct. 2, 2014. About four kilometres east of Bromley Rock outside of Princeton, the motor home swerved, causing the trailer to go out of control and the SUV to become separated from the trailer. During this incident, Ms. Bloxom was ejected from the motor home. She was deceased at the scene.
The BC Coroners Service and RCMP Traffic Services continue to investigate this death.
Ms. Bloxom’s family has been notified of her death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
