Visitors to the Ancient Forest/Chun T'oh Whudujut Park are advised that closures of the parking lot and Universal Boardwalk and Trail will continue until Friday, Oct. 21, as the ministry completes highway intersection improvements and parking lot upgrades to increase the safety and accessibility of the new park.

The closures at the park will continue through this week and the following days:

• Monday, Oct. 17 to Friday, Oct. 21.
• Open on the weekends.

The construction schedule has been delayed due to wet weather conditions over the last few weeks.

Once the work is complete, residents and visitors will have better highway access to the Ancient Forest/Chun T'oh Whudujut Park and improved parking as part of this $1-million park upgrade.
