Do you want to learn more about the Mt. Lehman Road four-laning project in Abbotsford?
If so, please attend the upcoming information session on Oct. 23, 2017. This will be an opportunity for the public to review the design and to offer feedback.
The project includes the widening of Mt. Lehman Road, between Great Northern Avenue and the airport boundary, from two lanes to four lanes, for approximately two kilometres. Additional work includes intersection improvements along the corridor, as well as improved lighting and new bike lanes.
The upgrades will improve safety and efficiency on Mt. Lehman Road and access to the Abbotsford Airport. Information will also be provided on the plans for more cycling and pedestrian connections, environmental strategies, and construction timelines.
Staff from the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will be available to answer questions and provide further details on the project.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the information session scheduled for:
Monday, Oct. 23, 2017, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Fraser Valley Trade & Exhibition Centre (Tradex)
1190 Cornell St.
