Effective at noon on Monday, May 28, 2018, changes were made to an area restriction order for Crown land near the Allie Lake wildfire, about 55 kilometres northwest of Kamloops.
The order is in place to accommodate firefighting operations, ensure the safety of firefighters, and protect public safety.
The amended area restriction order will remain in place until noon on Oct. 31, 2018, or until it is rescinded. The order applies to Crown land within the boundaries shown on the map posted online: http://ow.ly/w4oE30kdsBA
