Premier John Horgan has issued the following statement in recognition of International Holocaust Remembrance Day on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2018:
“Today, the world remembers the victims of the Holocaust, the six million Jewish men, women and children who were murdered, along with millions of others because of their religious beliefs, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or their political views.
“On this day, British Columbians stand with the citizens of the world when we say: never again.
“We condemn all acts of hate and anti-Semitism. And we resolve to work together to eliminate violence, intolerance and all forms of prejudice.”
