Columbia Basin region:
$29,320 provided to Columbia Basin Trust to complete a feasibility study for a multi-location food hub model for the Columbia Basin region

Deep Bay/Central Vancouver Island:
$62,500 to Vancouver Island University to complete a feasibility study for a seafood innovation hub integrated into the existing Deep Bay Research Facility

Salmon Arm/North Okanagan:
$35,000 to the City of Salmon Arm for a feasibility study for a food innovation centre to begin in June 2019

Summerland/South Okanagan:
$50,000 to District of Summerland through federal and provincial funding to complete a business plan for an Okanagan agriculture innovation centre
