Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations Minister Steve Thomson outlined assistance B.C. is able to offer Alberta in the wake of their devastating wildfires and gave a brief update on the current wildfire situation in the Peace region.

It was also announced today that BC Liquor Stores customers can support Red Cross relief efforts in Fort McMurray by donating at stores throughout the province.
