Dixie Jim found a pathway to personal growth and happiness through a training program that was delivered at the Ts'zil Learning Centre.

“I'm so happy to be one of the students at the centre. Lots of people keep telling me they would like me to join the events they’re planning,” Jim says. “Teachers and classmates were shocked how happy I am, how my life is turning around and how I have grown by taking this Customer Service and Cashier Training program.”

The program was delivered by a unique partnership between Capilano University and the Lil’wat Nation and supported through funds provided by the Ministry of Advanced Education.
