Faith Waskewitch is dreaming of owning and operating a restaurant that is a mixture of Aboriginal and Canadian cuisine.

This dream was fostered though Aboriginal community-based training led by Northern Lights College (NLC) instructor, Michael French.

“Chef French was a great teacher and I learned a lot from him. I would highly recommend the cook program to other students,” Faith says.
