The Tilbury liquefied natural gas (LNG) expansion has generated more than 65,000 hours of employment to date and provided apprenticeship and First Nations training.
New data was relased today, on the one-year anniversary of the groundbreaking for the expansion. FortisBC has committed more than $50 million in local contracts in 2015 and is using products and services sourced from more than 100 companies in 10 local communities.
