VANCOUVER - It’s sweet success for Julie Giesbrecht’s business, Julie’s Edible Bouquets. She won the Premier’s People’s Choice Award on February 26. Naomi Yamamoto, Minister of State for Tourism and Small Business presented the award during Small Business British Columbia’s gala award ceremony at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Vancouver.
