COWICHAN - Vancouver Island University will be inspiring welders in training thanks to a donation from the Canadian Welding Association (CWA). The funds are for four welding booths to provide testing for apprentices, and youth-aged 12 to 15 will be able to develop red-hot welding skills at a “Mind Over Matter Summer Camp.”
