The British Columbia government is celebrating Frederickson Farm and its 100 years of ranching in B.C. with a Century Farm Award.

Work at a number of streams affected by flooding in the Peace District last June will be completed before the spring run-off.

Engineering work is underway to build a bridge structure to replace the culvert at Commotion Creek on Highway 97.

Work is underway on a new rest area on South Taylor Hill, providing a safe and convenient place for commercial truck drivers and tourists to stop and rest along this stretch of Highway 97, announced Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Todd Stone.

Construction of intersection improvements and installation of traffic signals at the Highway 97 and Dangerous Goods Route (DGR) intersection is now complete.

Rolla Road (known locally as Snake Pit Road) has now re-opened with the completion of a temporary bridge replacement over the road.
