Businesses in British Columbia will be better protected against property crimes with the launch of a new public-safety initiative focused on addressing street disorder and non-violent offences.

The public is invited to learn more and provide feedback about the replacement for the George Massey Tunnel and how environmental impacts during construction will be managed now that the application for the project’s environmental assessment certificate has been submitted.

Children and youth with complex care needs throughout B.C are closer to having access to a dedicated BC Children’s Hospital facility, as construction is now underway.

More children can play and exercise at safer, more-inclusive school playgrounds throughout B.C., through Budget 2025 funding.  

First Nations’ leaders and provincial officials are coming together for the ninth B.C. cabinet and First Nations Leaders’ Gathering, where they will collaborate on ways to recognize, respect and advance government-to-government relationships.
