Two exceptional Surrey child care providers are being honoured with 2018 Child Care Awards of Excellence for their dedication to early care and learning. 

Motivating youth and creating robust child care programs has been a part of Donna Chang’s daily life for over 24 years. Recognized for her extensive work, Chang is being honoured with a 2018 Child Care Award of Excellence for Leadership from the B.C. government. 

Since 1991, the Khalsa Childcare Centre has been a fixture of the Surrey community, preparing local children for success at school and beyond.

The B.C. government is honouring the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation and Hastings Race Course with a Partnerships Award as part of the 2018 Child Care Awards of Excellence.
