The BC Coroners Service has scheduled a public inquest into the death of Craig Andrew Ford.

Investigators from the BC Coroners Service's special investigations unit have positively identified one of the three decedents involved in the Dec. 10, 2019, plane crash on Gabriola Island and continue to work to confirm the identity of two other decedents.

Investigators from the BC Coroners Service’s special investigations unit have arrived on Gabriola Island to begin their work to determine the identities of those who died and the circumstances that led to their deaths.

The BC Coroners Service and the RCMP ask for the public’s assistance to identify a male who was found deceased on Nov. 1, 2019, near Moberly Lake.
