KELOWNA – Access to medical treatment for opioid use disorder has been increased following the expansion of Interior Health’s Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) Clinic.

A partnership between the Province, Indigenous housing partners and the City of Colwood will soon provide more than 120 new, affordable rental homes for Indigenous families in the area.

B.C. students will benefit from a $3-million investment that will support new school-based mental health programs focused on prevention, wellness promotion and early intervention.

Local families in North Vancouver will soon have access to 172 new licensed child care spaces at two new child care centres, thanks in part to a $431,950 investment from the Province’s Childcare BC New Spaces Fund.
