As the Province approaches the one-year anniversary of launching a transformational Longitudinal Family Practice Payment Model in B.C., more people have access to primary care with 4,000 family physicians registered for the model in its first year helping expand the number of family physicians working in longitudinal primary care.

People living in Lax Kw'alaams on the northwestern coast of B.C. will be able to unlock new possibilities with a $1.1-million project to bring high-speed broadband internet access to more than 340 homes.
