Families in the Arrow Lakes school district will benefit from improved transportation services, thanks to $42,675 in funding under the new provincial Student Transportation Fund.

Education Minister Mike Bernier issued the following statement on the situation at the Vancouver school district:

Parents around the province can share their thoughts on how they want to keep track of their child’s progress from kindergarten to Grade 9, thanks to a broad public engagement kicking off.

Students at Georges P. Vanier Secondary are buzzing with anticipation now that work is underway to seismically upgrade and replace part of their school thanks to a $33.8-million investment.
