More families and individuals living in Richmond will soon have access to affordable housing as construction begins on the Pathways Clubhouse building.  

More people in Vancouver, such as families, seniors and people living with disabilities, now have access to 82 new affordable rental homes with the opening of The Aster.

Families and individuals in Coquitlam now have access to 164 affordable rental homes as people move into Robert Nicklin Place.

Construction of 86 affordable homes is underway for independent seniors, individuals, and families with low to moderate incomes in the District of North Vancouver.

As part of Budget 2024 measures that will increase supply and make homes more affordable and accessible, the Province is taking action against speculators and those who profit from “flipping” homes.
