Drivers are advised of an upcoming lane closure on Highway 7 between Murray Street and Stave Lake Street as construction continues to improve the commercial truck route through Mission.

On Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024, people travelling between the Lower Mainland and Whistler can expect possible delays and closures from 5:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. for the RBC GranFondo Whistler cycling event.

Essential road repairs and resurfacing work will start Monday, Sept. 9, 2024, along Highway 4, approximately two kilometres east of Kennedy Hill.

Work on the R.W. Bruhn Bridge replacement will begin soon, bringing improved traffic flow and enhanced safety for drivers, pedestrians and cyclists along Highway 1 in the Shuswap.

Drivers are advised about lane closures on Highway 99 near Highway 17 overnight Monday, Aug. 26 until Tuesday morning, Aug. 27, 2024, as crews move a large industrial crane across the highway for 78th Street Interchange construction.

Work on the Holt Creek Bridge, part of the Great Trail of Canada along the Cowichan Valley Trail, is about to begin.
