Canada’s and British Columbia’s transportation ministers have made a joint commitment to continue BC Bus North, the transportation service that connects B.C.’s northern and rural communities.

The Province is joining the United Nations' 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign to help advance gender equity, make life better and make communities safer for women, girls and transgender people in B.C. and around the world.

When Greyhound ends its bus service on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018, 83% of its routes will be covered by other private operators by year’s end, meaning British Columbians will still be able to travel safely, affordably and reliably through most of the province.
