Government is increasing service on 10 ferry routes that were cut in 2014, restoring 2,700 round-trip sailings for people living in coastal communities.

Twenty-two new highway cameras were added to the DriveBC network in 2018 and cameras at existing locations have been upgraded, resulting in 70 new webcam views to provide more information about current conditions on B.C. highways.

A new five-lane structure will eventually replace the RW Bruhn Bridge in Sicamous and the approaches will be widened to four lanes, improving safety and efficiency for people travelling through the area on Highway 1.
