The BC Coroners Service received a report that a fetus was found in the washroom of a Tim Horton’s restaurant in Chilliwack, B.C. on Jan. 9, 2016.
Following an initial investigation, the BC Coroners Service has concluded that the circumstances of the found fetus relate to a personal medical matter that does not fall within the BC Coroners Service legislative mandate.
The BC Coroners Service will have no further investigative role.
