The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a woman who died following a motor vehicle incident east of Tete Jaune Cache, near Valemount, on Dec. 30, 2016.

She was Sydney Fulljames-Camazzola, age 20, of Edmonton, Alta.

Ms. Fulljames-Camazzola was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision while travelling eastbound on Highway 16, 15 kilometres east of Tete Jaune Cache, late on the morning of Dec. 30, 2016.  Ms. Fulljames-Camazzola died at the scene as a result of her injuries.

The BC Coroners Service, North District RCMP Traffic Services and Valemount RCMP continue to investigate this death.

Ms. Fulljames-Camazzola’s family has been notified of her death. On behalf of the family, members, the BC Coroners Service requests that media respect their privacy during this difficult time.
