Royal Inland Hospital Patient Care Tower project

The $417.2-million project will be funded by the Ministry of Health and Interior Health, the Thompson Regional Hospital District and the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation.

  • Royal Inland Hospital Foundation: $20 million

The RIH PCT is a P3 project, which will see EllisDon Infrastructure maintain the Patient Care Tower once construction is complete for a term of 30 years.

The Royal Inland Hospital project will create 209 parking stalls, with the addition of an underground parkade and a new surface parking lot.
