Tom Christensen has served as board chair of Community Living B.C. since July 2015, and as his term comes to an end, Shane Simpson, Minister of Social Development and Poverty Reduction, has issued the following statement:

“I want to thank Tom Christensen for his dedication and thoughtfulness in his work as chair of Community Living B.C.

“Tom put the interests of CLBC, and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, first. His advice to me as minister was always considered and helpful. I very much respect and appreciate his significant contribution to CLBC and its work."
