Drivers are reminded that a detour will be in place along Highway 19, near Bowser on Vancouver Island, from Sept. 10 to 14, 2018, to accommodate the filming of a movie.

Drivers are encouraged to use Highway 19A (Old Island Highway) between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. during the week of filming.

Filming is expected to only last a week but is weather dependent and could also take place on Sept. 15 and 16.

The ministry thanks drivers for their patience during the time while filming is underway.
