Immunization eligibility

Age-based program

Anyone 12 years or older may now register and book their appointment online: https://gov.bc.ca/getvaccinated  
Or by calling 1 833 838-2323 (between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Pacific time).

First responder and worker program

Health authorities are contacting workplaces to arrange for workers to be vaccinated. This program is continuing to be phased in, focusing on communities that are at highest risk.

AstraZeneca pharmacy program

All remaining AstraZeneca vaccine is being held for dose-two booster immunizations. Participating pharmacies are listed on the BC Pharmacy Association website: https://www.bcpharmacy.ca/resource-centre/covid-19/vaccination-locations

Community drop-in clinics

Fraser Health is hosting community clinics on Saturday, May 22, and Sunday, May 23. One thousand vaccines will be available each day on a first-come, first-served basis. Wristbands will be provided to reserve spots. The clinic schedule follows:

Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23
Surrey Sport and Leisure, 16555 Fraser Highway, #100, Surrey
8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (or until 1,000 vaccine doses are administered each day)

High-transmission communities

Anyone 12 and older in the community health service areas outlined below can also be vaccinated at specific clinics. People living in these communities must register for their vaccine appointments and will be invited to book an appointment on the same day they register.

People can confirm whether they live in a high-transmission neighbourhood prioritized for immunization by entering their postal code: https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/vaccine/neighbourhood

Only those with eligible postal codes will be able to receive a vaccine through the high-transmission neighbourhood program. The service areas include:
