  • Since 2017, the Province has delivered more than 74,000 new homes that have opened up or are underway for people in B.C., including 890 homes in Vernon as of December 31, 2022.
  • As of Dec. 31, 2022, approximately 1,500 Indigenous Housing Fund (IHF) homes have opened, are under construction or are in development.

  • Canada’s National Housing Strategy (NHS) is a 10-year, over $82-billion plan that will give more Canadians a place to call home.
