KAMLOOPS - The WorkBC Employment Centre in Kamloops is just one of the many places in B.C. that offers help for people with disabilities to find employment.
As part of Disability Employment Month, Minister Don McRae met with NRI President and CEO Peter McKenna, and NRI employee Sonja at the Open Door Group about the technologies available to help people with disabilities find work. Through the services available at the Kamloops WorkBC Employment Services Centre, Sonja gained the skills and assistance needed to get her job as a Value Added Service Technician at NRI.
