The resource provides practical ideas and sound advice based on the experiences gained through the Community Poverty Reduction Strategies Initiative. Supporting the work of practitioners, communities and other organizations as they work to lift families out of low income, the guide is a companion to the Quick Reference Guide: Addressing Poverty in Your Community.
