The provincial government is reviewing British Columbia’s environmental assessment process to ensure the legal rights of First Nations are respected and the public’s expectation of a strong, transparent process is met, Minister of Environment and Climate Change Strategy George Heyman announced today.

Visitors will now be able to reserve campsites for the 2018 camping season in the core area of Mount Assiniboine Provincial Park (Og and Magog Lake campgrounds).

Information on BC Parks permit applications and issued permits will soon be available for everyone to view online, as part of the new public notification and engagement policy.
