The government of British Columbia has renewed its commitment to community development through sport by providing nearly $242,000 in funding for Hosting BC programs.

Five local government employees from British Columbia communities are being awarded certificates by the provincial Board of Examiners in recognition of their education and work experience in the local government field.

BC Assessment and CUPE Local 1767 have ratified a two-year agreement under the Cooperative Gains Mandate.
