The Village of McBride is joining 114 other B.C. municipalities in making it easier to start and run a business, thanks to BizPaL.
BizPaL is a free online service that can save entrepreneurs time and potentially money. The service was launched in 2005, and reduces the time spent determining what regulations apply to certain business types. How? By providing business owners with online, simplified access to information about the business permits and licences they may require to start and run their businesses in a specific location.
BizPaL is the result of a unique partnership among federal, provincial, territorial and municipal governments that cuts through the paperwork burden and red tape that small business owners encounter, helping them focus on business growth and job creation.
