The latest BC Job Makers represent diverse sectors of the economy from different parts of the province with the common goal of creating jobs and growing B.C.’s economy.
This round of BC Job Makers tell the stories of the province’s first major chain of restaurants and how they are leading the way in creating new Red Seal Chefs; a small, one store, plastics shop that grew into a multi-national company; a family owned farm that grew into a world leader in ingredient processing; and a production company that infused a small town’s economy with $5 million.
BC Job Makers is a forum to promote the success of businesses in our province. By sharing their success stories on the BC Jobs Plan website, entrepreneurs encourage others to start or expand a business. Job makers highlight the strength of the economy and are proof that B.C. is a great place to do business.
