The Globe and Mail is reporting that the next two years British Columbians could see a dramatic change in the landscape of B.C.'s work force as a large number of older workers retire without younger replacements. B.C.'s Skills for Jobs Blueprint will aid in the production of skilled workers that will not only halt this possible jobs crisis but also supply a skilled workforce for an expected boom in the trades industry over the next 10 years.
