VICTORIA - B.C. is currently experiencing a boom in film across the province and it’s clear why. With a talented workforce, world-class infrastructure and spectacular locations British Columbia is a key location for film and TV production in North America. Given the favourable exchange rate, Creative BC and industry predict 2014-15 production results will remain favourable, building on the momentum gained in 2013-14. It’s clear we are well on our way of exceeding these projections.

This week, shooting for Monkey Up has taken place all over Greater Victoria - a grand Oak Bay heritage home posed as a colonial house in New Jersey - and monkeys have been spotted all over the city.
