The Union of BC Municipalities annual convention is being held in Victoria, B.C. September 26-30 at the Victoria Convention Centre. More than 1,800 delegates will attend the annual event that includes workshops, clinics, resolution and debates, as well as speeches from the Premier, Minister of Community, Sport and Cultural Development and the Leader of the Opposition.
