Beginning Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016, the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure will be seeking input from Sunshine Coast residents and other interested individuals and organizations on the potential of a highway link between the Sunshine Coast and Lower Mainland, as part of its Sunshine Coast Fixed Link Feasibility Study.

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has awarded a contract to Alpine Paving Ltd. for $838,000 to construct a new left turning lane on the Sea to Sky Highway at the entrance to the Whistler Heliport.
